Hello Everyone,
I am writing to you from my cottage workspace on Charleston Lake, Ontario. I always feel inspired to write when I am here by the lake.
Today I want to talk to you about buying a dehydrator!! I bought one about five minutes ago (not going to lie to you) and here is what I am SUPER excited to use it for!
1) Put herbs, berries, ginger, lemon, or flower petals in to dry and then make your own tea!

2) Dry herbs for cooking
3) Dehydrate citrus wheels to make eco-friendly holiday decorations.

4) Dehydrate any leftover tomatoes from your garden to a jar with a little olive oil.

Some dehydrators can be really expensive – so personally I would recommend buying a cheaper one to start with. You can upgrade later if you really feel like you need it.
This is the one I bought (which is on sale right now)!
I am told another good brand to look out for NESCO.
Let me know if you already have a dehydrator or have any brand recommendations in the comments section below! I would love to know what you use it for? I don’t know if I will do this, but you can also make beef jerky. Which is super good for taking on long hikes or overnight camping trips.
Have a great weekend.
