For your peace of mind, we also ensure that each of our vendors operate with sustainable practices. This means printing invitations on recycled paper, sourcing flowers from local farms, and planning menus based on ingredients that are in season. Hiring Holly and her team was one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding! The day went very smoothly, and I received a lot of comments on how calm and happy I was! I attribute that calm to Holly’s prior planning and coordination! Whenever I started to worry, I knew Holly had it handled, so was able to let go and focus on being in the moment. Holly helped us navigate the “what-ifs” of a pandemic wedding. We decided to postpone the reception and just have a ceremony and small family dinner this year. Holly worked with us, and we amended her contract from month-of-planning for a full wedding, to full planning for a micro wedding. After months of stress, having Holly take over made the process fun again! She helped us find a venue for dinner, hire some vendors, make changes to the contracts of others, and she kept us on track! Holly also arranged our florals for us. We had a colour palette and inspiration photos and she created beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres, arrangements, and centrepieces for us. She sent photos the day before to confirm before she finalized the bouquet. I LOVED them! Holly and her team were all very calm and efficient during the planning process, at the rehearsal, and on the wedding day. They were very professional and calm during their interactions with our church and other vendors. Our best man had to fly in the night before the wedding, so one of Holly’s team members, Emma, stepped in at the rehearsal as a stand in Best Man and took notes on everything to relay to our Best Man when she arrived the next morning. We have hired Holly and her team for our reception next year and can’t wait to work with them again! We cannot recommend them enough!


Holly has been wonderful so far! My fiancé and I hired Holly for partial planning in January 2020. We were supposed to get married in September 2020, but had to adjust due to Covid. Holly held several virtual meetings to check in with how we were feeling and to let us know our options while things were still up in the air. She went above and beyond to contact all our vendors for us when we made the decision to postpone until May 2021. It’s been so great to have someone as friendly and eager as Holly working alongside us. She wants the best for us and gives her expertise on how to make things as eco-friendly as possible while sticking to our vision. I love knowing that I can trust her to do her best not just for my wedding, but for our planet. I look forward to working more with her as we get closer to May! 


Holly is a pro and I highly recommend her for your wedding!Holly was our wedding coordinator for partial wedding planning (6 months up to the wedding and month-of coordination). We had to change wedding dates twice because of COVID, and thanks to Holly we were able to feel zero stress over these changes. Every change was organized so smoothly, you wouldn't have even know they happened! Holly helped us prepare for our wedding by sending us detailed but easy to accomplish check-lists, so we always knew we were on top of things, but rarely felt overwhelmed by what needed to be done. The day of our wedding ended up being perfectly organized with everything running very smoothly. We were able to have a beautiful and intimate small wedding and if it wasn't for Holly we likely would have just completely cancelled our wedding. Holly was my day of coordinator for my wedding this past weekend. I am so thankful I had her and her assistant there to ensure our wedding went smoothly. She made sure all the vendors contacted her the week of our wedding, ran through a very helpful rehearsal and made our day very relaxing and stress-free. If there were any issues on our day, we would have not ever known because she took care of all those stresses. As a bride, I made a few last-minute decisions and Holly was able to make the changes happened with ease. Thank you so much for being apart of our Crappan wedding. 


Holly was our wedding planner for the month before and day of. She was extremely helpful and organized. Leading up to the wedding Holly took control of everything and made sure we didn't have to lift a finger. The rehearsal she organized was so helpful to the entire bridal party, we wouldn't have know what to do at the ceremony if it wasn't for her. At the wedding, she always went above and beyond and had everything under control at all times. I was so relaxed from morning until night because I knew Holly & her assistant were handling everything. The entire day ran smoothly and was perfect because of her. Holly & her assistant even pinned my dress for me after dinner because I kept tripping on it. I am truly thankful that we found Holly, because of her we were able to enjoy our special day worry free. I would recommend her to anyone getting married or having a large party.


I had Holly help to plan my birthday a couple weeks ago and I couldn’t have been happier. She was able to fit so much into one day. I wasn’t sure if it would be doable, but Holly made it happen and without it feeling overwhelming. She communicated with me two weeks prior and made sure that I didn’t miss any of the details. She even kept some of the plans a surprise which was so thoughtful! Me and my friends had a blast on the day and it wouldn’t have been a success without Holly being the one who planned it.
