This means printing invitations on recycled paper, sourcing flowers from local farms, and planning menus based on ingredients that are in season. If you think you don't need a coordinator for your big day - THINK AGAIN.
I did not have to think about 1 thing on my wedding day because Will and Sydney did literally everything for us.
This was the best money spent because it gave us the opportunity to relax and flow through the day enjoying every single thing.
100000000% recommend these guys!!! What a phenomenal team!!! Thank you guys for everything.

Organized, professional, would definitely recommend!

Holly and her assistant, Sydney, were absolutely fantastic. They gave us access to a very user-friendly, well organized planning interface with great information and checklists to keep us on track. They were professional, quick to answer emails, and made sure everything went smoothly on our wedding day in Whistler! Holly went out of her way to find local businesses/vendors with an eco-friendly mindset, and had great suggestions every step of the way. Would absolutely recommend Holly and her team without hesitation!

Holly is a pro and I highly recommend her for your wedding! Holly was our wedding coordinator for partial wedding planning (6 months up to the wedding and month-of coordination). We had to change wedding dates twice because of COVID, and thanks to Holly we were able to feel zero stress over these changes. Every change was organized so smoothly, you wouldn't have even know they happened! Holly helped us prepare for our wedding by sending us detailed but easy to accomplish check-lists, so we always knew we were on top of things, but rarely felt overwhelmed by what needed to be done. The day of our wedding ended up being perfectly organized with everything running very smoothly. We were able to have a beautiful and intimate small wedding and if it wasn't for Holly we likely would have just completely cancelled our wedding. Thanks to Holly we were able to have the dream, eco-friendly, small wedding we always wanted! Thank you!!!

Fantastic Wedding Planning Crew!

Holly, Terran and Will are the most organized, kind and amazing people. Holly and her team made planning our 2021 COVID wedding easy, smooth and enjoyable. Perrier planning went above and beyond for myself and my partner and gave us and our families the most perfect day. We've had feedback from our vendors that Perrier Planning were professional upon all interactions and really knew their stuff.
I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend hiring them. Your event will run smoothly (I was unaware of any hiccups) and all possible scenarios will be thought and planned for. They really have thought of everything.

Best decision we ever made!

We hired Perrier Planning to be our month of coordinator for our June 3rd wedding at the Stanley Park Pavilion. From the moment Holly, Sydney, and Will took over, we felt immediate relief and that we were in the best hands. In hindsight we would have hired them from day one of the wedding planning shenanigans. They were totally on top of everything - and allowed us to relax as much as we could in the chaos that was the month leading up to the wedding. On the day itself, we absolutely couldn’t have done it without them there - the day went smoother than we imagined. They went above and beyond to make our day special - from taking control of ordering our late night snack to taking home extra items in their car at the end of the night which didn’t end up fitting in ours. If you are getting married, I couldn’t recommend Perrier Planning enough - and do yourself a favor get them from day one! Thank you Holly, Sydney and Will!!!

Holly was our wedding planner for the month before and day of. She was extremely helpful and organized. Leading up to the wedding Holly took control of everything and made sure we didn't have to lift a finger. The rehearsal she organized was so helpful to the entire bridal party, we wouldn't have know what to do at the ceremony if it wasn't for her. At the wedding, she always went above and beyond and had everything under control at all times. I was so relaxed from morning until night because I knew Holly & her assistant were handling everything. The entire day ran smoothly and was perfect because of her. Holly & her assistant even pinned my dress for me after dinner because I kept tripping on it. I am truly thankful that we found Holly, because of her we were able to enjoy our special day worry free. I would recommend her to anyone getting married or having a large party.

They made our life so much easier!

Holly and Sydney were absolutely amazing. They helped us with communications and we felt they took great care in making sure our wedding went according to plan. They put a lot of time and effort into creating a seamless experience for us so we could enjoy the day.

We asked around about several coordinators leading up to the event and feel we got more value from Perrier than any other offers we found.
