Perrier Planning was born out of a passion for helping other people, a love of parties and a duty to respect the beautiful environment we live in. Since 2019, we have helped to make the most important events in our clients’ lives beautiful, enjoyable, and easy. With a roster of strategic partners, we are able to flexibly and capably accommodate unique needs and preferences. For your peace of mind, we also ensure that each of our vendors operate with sustainable practices. This means printing invitations on recycled fabrics, sourcing flowers from local farms, and planning menus based on ingredients that are in season. We look forward to helping plan your next unforgettable event.

Holly is the kind of person who can build a hyper detailed wedding timeline while planning her next trip around what she is going to eat when she gets there.
As the CEO of Perrier Planning, she brings a calm, organized approach, clear communication, and a creative eye that turns big ideas into seamless, beautifully executed celebrations. Rooted in intersectional environmentalism, she helps couples define what sustainability looks like for them in a way that feels intentional, personal, and achievable.
Outside of weddings, you will likely find her wine tasting in the Okanagan Valley, camping in British Columbia, or discovering new sustainable businesses to support. She believes in dressing up for no reason, knows every word to Pink Pony Club, and somehow always has more than one drink on the go.

Will is someone who brings a steady calm and quiet confidence into even the most stressful situations.
Known for his innovative building skills and strong business professionalism, he approaches every project with care, precision, and a focus on genuine connection. He has a natural ability to make clients feel comfortable, often anticipating needs before they are even voiced.
Outside of work, Will is always creating or exploring. Whether he is mountain biking, building the perfect fire at the cottage, hosting dinner parties with thoughtful wine and food pairings, or working on random art projects, he does everything with intention and curiosity. He loves experiencing new cultures, writing love notes, and can often be found cheering on the Arsenal Football Club.

Holly and Sydney planned our dream wedding.
We were unable to find anyone as perfect as them to help keep our vision in mind for our special day. They were masterful at guiding us through the difficult and daunting task of planning a wedding with endless recommendations and suggestions. They made sure that through the whole process, our vision for the wedding was maintained and honestly, the outcome was way better than either of us could have imagined. Even after the wedding when there were hiccups with one of the vendors (the one vendor we chose ourselves), they handled the situation and provided great options to navigate the situation. Sydney and Holly literally saved us!
Their quick and affirmative action coupled with their personability and patience make them a dream team for all things wedding planning! Our wedding day was nothing short of spectacular because Sydney and Holly acted as the crucial glue that coordinated all of the moving parts for that day. We specifically got the service where they help coordinate everything starting from a month leading up to the wedding date, and provide on-site support at the venue on the day-of. All of this was for such a reasonable fee as well!
We were utterly stunned by their ability to provide prompt and confident answers to all of our questions. Their coordination during the month before made the day-of operate like clockwork, and their presence on the day-of to coordinate everything made my wife and I feel like we didn't have to worry about a single thing except enjoying ourselves. They are very good at what they do and you absolutely won't regret getting them to help plan/coordinate your wedding!

They were amazing to work with and helped keep us sane. They were actual superstars on the day. Also, our photographer and DJ went out of their way to mention to us how much they loved our planners. They also went above and beyond after the event to deal with a vendor issue, which was outside their scope and greatly appreciated. We would definitely recommend them for your big day.
